7-Day Exchange Policy

Important Policy Update

We do not offer refunds or returns. We only provide exchanges for equal or higher value items.

At Jeweluksh Jewels Private Limited ("Jeweluksh"), we offer a 7-day exchange policy, giving you the option to exchange your item within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery. However, for a missing product, you have to report us within 24 hours.

Eligibility for Exchanges

Important Note

Upon receiving the Jeweluksh products, record a complete unboxing video so that if there is any issue with the products like missing product / damaged product / wrong product etc., it will become easier for our team to review the exchange request and take further steps.

To ensure a smooth exchange process, please note that your jewellery must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in original condition
  • All original packaging must be included
  • Certificate of authenticity must be provided
  • Item must not show signs of wear or damage
  • Exchange item must be of equal or higher value
  • Price difference must be paid for higher value items

Exchange Process & Timeline

How Exchange Works:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
  2. Send the original item back to our Mumbai office
  3. Our team will quality check the received item
  4. Choose your replacement item of equal or higher value
  5. Pay any price difference if applicable
  6. Receive your new item within 7-10 business days

* Exchange processing time is 7-10 business days from the date we receive your original item and approve the exchange request.

Exchange Shipping Process

The products need to be self-shipped to Jeweluksh office in Mumbai. The shipping cost is to be borne by customer for exchanges. Please put the product in its original packaging and seal it well.

Make sure you bubble wrap it so that product doesn't get damaged during the transit. Ship the product to the mailing address mentioned and send us an email to info@jeweluksh.co with the courier tracking details. Without tracking number, product can't be tracked and can be lost in transit.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

We will not accept exchange requests for the following:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items without original packaging or certificate
  • Items requested for exchange after the 7-day period
  • Items that have been worn or altered

No Refund Policy

Please note that Jeweluksh does not offer refunds or returns. We only provide exchanges for items of equal or higher value. All sales are final, and no cash refunds will be processed under any circumstances.
